2. Return Eligibility

- Item must be returned in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required

If your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label that you can download and print.

6. Exchanges
We accept exchanges. The fastest way to receive a replacement is to return the original item first. Once your return is approved, you may place a new order for the replacement product.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution, including replacement or refund.
8. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
For safety, hygiene, and transportation compliance reasons, certain products are not eligible for return once opened or used.
This includes household cleaning products such as drain cleaning solutions, which may contain active ingredients that require controlled handling and shipping.
- Opened, used, or unsealed items cannot be returned
- Items that do not meet return eligibility conditions will not be accepted
Exception: If your item arrives damaged, leaking, defective, or incorrect, this limitation does not apply. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will provide a replacement or refund.
