At Bell Bird, we’re committed to getting your favorite products to you quickly and safely. Every order is packed with care and shipped via trusted carriers to ensure a smooth delivery experience. All U.S. orders are fulfilled through our U.S. warehouse in California to ensure fast and reliable delivery.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 0–1 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed after our daily cut-off time of 5:00 PM (EST) will be processed on the next business day. Please note: orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

All U.S. orders are stocked at and shipped directly from our U.S. fulfillment warehouse (69 Commerce Dr, Perris, CA 92571) via DHL or local domestic carriers. Delivery times may vary slightly based on your location and carrier conditions (e.g., weather, high shipping volume, etc.).

  • Transit Time: 2–7 business days
  • Total Delivery Time: 2–8 business days (processing + transit)

Shipping Coverage

We currently only ship within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.

Shipping Charges

We proudly offer Free Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders. No additional fees are applied at checkout for standard delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number, allowing you to monitor your package’s journey directly with the carrier. If you haven’t received a tracking email within 2 business days of order processing, please contact our customer service team.

Delivery Issues or Delays

 If your package is significantly delayed or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us immediately so we can assist in locating your shipment.

Damaged Packages If your package arrives damaged, please:

  1. Take clear photos of the damaged item and the packaging
  2. Contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery
  3. Send the photos and your order number to service@bellbirdco.com

Without photographic proof, we cannot offer a refund, replacement, or credit.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If your order has not yet shipped and you need to make a correction, contact us immediately.
